We're registered with NARPS UK and abide by their Code of Practice. Our insurance includes Public Liability and Injury to Animals. We're Pet First Aid certified and DBS checked.

Bookings for any services are only accepted once the owner has completed a Booking Form and Service Agreement document during a thorough initial consultation. This is where we find out all about your pet!

Pets are transported securely in a vehicle, using suitable restraints such as crates, guards or harnesses. No pets are left unattended in a vehicle unless it is suitably ventilated.

Session times vary and are provided on a weekly basis depending on the bookings for the week. Pets receive the full duration of the session, travel time is not included. For group sessions, dogs are grouped based on their needs. No more than 4 dogs are walked in a group session.

Our backpacks contain essential equipment such as a pet first aid box, pet water bottle with fresh water, spare leads, poo bags, and mobile phone (for taking photos/videos and emergencies only). They also contain what a dog considers to be essential, such as treats and balls!

Dogs are only walked off lead with prior written permission from the owner (Off Lead Disclaimer Form). Off lead walking only takes place in secure areas away from roads and when the dog has suitable recall. Dogs are kept on lead around other people’s on lead dogs where possible.
